How do I play Dewline?
Trace an unbroken line from drop to drop to sweep the whole maze, or guide matching color pairs through each other's paths without crossing. Levels grow from a cozy 4×4 to a much bigger grid as you progress.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at info@mirobyte.co.uk with a short description of the issue, the level where it happened, your device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About), and a screenshot or screen recording if possible.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the in-game Settings menu and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Still stuck? Email info@mirobyte.co.uk.
How do I delete my account or data?
Send a request to info@mirobyte.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We'll process it within 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy.
The game is crashing or running slowly. What should I do?
Restart the app, make sure your device has free storage, update to the latest version of Dewline from the App Store, then restart your device. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model and iOS version.
